If your building has a security guard, front desk, or intercom, please ensure that Amigo Pet Center is added to the access list or that a code/FOB is arranged in advance to avoid delays. Please note that if access is delayed for more than 5 minutes due to being unable to reach you, the waiting time will be deducted from the total service time.
